Building upon the existing functionalities of the original Ventus Navigator— which provides comprehensive access to Expedition data directly on a portable device—the PRO version introduces remote control features that enhance operational efficiency and situational awareness.

Notable additions include:

<li>Integration of Expedition Timers: Supports 15, 10, 5, or 3-minute countdown timers for precise timing needs.</li>
<li>Start Line Management: Enables setting and adjusting the endpoints of the start line proactively.</li>
<li>Active Mark Monitoring: Allows real-time viewing of the active mark within the current course context.</li>
<li>Course Selection: Facilitates selecting from available courses directly from a list into the active navigation session.</li>
<li>Mark Activation: Permits selection of specific marks to be active within the current course framework.</li>
<li>Mark Pinging: Provides range and bearing information to new marks, enabling the creation of new active courses or insertion of marks into existing courses.</li>
<li>Emergency MOB Button: Features a dedicated man-overboard function accessible from each page for immediate activation.</LI>
